It’s “Sports Physical” Season

Schools are getting ready to open and per usual they require “sports physical” for all children joining any type sports activities. 

It is a flat fee of $35 for sports physical at our San Fernando Location.

We just received our preservative-free flu shots for everyone 6 months of age and older.

Book yours now while supplies last.

We have a limited number of shots available as it has been especially difficult to obtain flu shots this year due of the pandemic. 

You can get your flu shots by walk-in or call the office to book an appointment, if you prefer to use our drive through flu shot service. We always have same-day appointments available.

Most insurances cover the flu shot but for those without insurance, it is $35.

 

We are in-network with and accept most insurances for in office visits at our San Fernando location.
House calls and Telemedicine visits are self-pay only. You will be able to submit your receipt to your insurance for reimbursement.

 

             

        

  Self-pay or out of picket patients are also welcome
